In this module, you will complete your anatomy study with a focus on the nervous and respiratory system and the Subtle Body before studying the guiding principles and practices of pranayama and meditation.
Meditation can be described as relaxation, altered states of awareness, suspension of logical thought, and maintenance of a self-observing attitude.
When an individual knows himself, he is no longer disturbed by the distractions in the outer world. Yoga Sutra 1.16
