Classes will be limited to 10 people to keep a safe social distance while practicing. Please sign up prior to class and arrive 10 min. early to get checked in.

FOR THE SAFETY OF EACH OTHER

PLEASE change before entering the studio. This will help us reduce the use of the restrooms and contamination. If you do need to change at the studio, please ask for the key to enter the back space. You will see signs that ask you to wipe down anything you have touched and to spray the handles. Please return the key to the teacher or desk staff when you are done.

WE DO HAVE MATS FOR SALE!

We are no longer able to offer equipment rental. We do have mats and towels that you may purchase at the studio.

PLEASE KEEP A SAFE SOCIAL DISTANCE, HUG AND SAY HI FROM A 6 FOOT DISTANCE!

When you enter the studio, please remain behind the desk in the designated areas until the teachers is ready to check you in.

WHEN YOU GET TO THE CHECK IN DESK

Once you have signed the waiver next to your name, you will be given a number that will correlate with your cubby and your mat space. Please place your belongings into the cubby (silence phone) and enter the studio. You can then place your mat in the designated area.

DO YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED?
