Solshine is one of my favorite studios! When I came to Clemson I was looking for a studio that reminded me of my beloved studio back home in Savannah, Georgia and Solshine is the only place that I genuinely loved just as much!

Solshine offers several classes a day making it convenient and available for most people.  I feel the workouts are challenging but safe.  Going to Solshine is now a part of my weekly routine that I plan to continue for as long as possible
