Our first love will always be yoga. Empower flow is Solshine. This is an all levels power yoga class that anyone can do. We focus on control of the breath, control of energy and precision of movement. Taught in a heated room to help cleanse the body and warm the muscles. The pillars of our practice are core strength, mobility, balance, breath and gaze.

You burn calories but the best part is that you leave FEEL more tightened and toned because of how we utilize ALL the muscles of the lower body, including the large muscles that create a strong foundation and the accessory muscles that add that last layer of shape.
