Empower Flow (Hot Yoga)

Empower Flow is a fluid, physical and well-rounded practice that consists of a sequence of yoga postures taught in a 60 or 75 minute format.  Each class is taught in a heated room to help cleanse the body and warm the muscles. With an emphasis on linking breath with movement, students flow from one posture to the next and this movement provides a strong cardiovascular element.  This practice will torch calories, tone your body, and relax and clear your mind. We offer ROOM TEMPERATURE classes every Monday and Wednesday night at 6:45 pm.

 

 

Journey Into Power

Experience classic Baptiste Power Yoga in a 75-or 90-minute format. Each class is built on the Journey Into Power sequence, a series of postures that flow from one to the next. The room is heated to temperatures in the mid 90s, with added humidity and fresh air. Students of all levels of experience are welcome, and options are given to both modify and intensify poses. This class is taught by Level 2 Certified Baptiste Instructor, Laura Henry.

Hot Power Pilates

Join the movement. the ultimate mind body experience, Hot Power Pilates is an intentional class designed to specifically target the entire core. Set in our hot studio this class will empower you to embrace your edge creating an experience that will uplift you spiritually and change you physically. This 60 minute class built on the principles of pilates and enhanced with the benefits of yoga and foundations of fitness.

Slow Flow

Warm Slow FlowSlow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is a slower pace class, mindfully moving and breathing while holding poses longer.  This class is geared towards all practitioners looking to refine their practice and dive deeper into understanding alignment.
 

 

Power Barre

Barre is a traditional Lotte Berk format. This transformative format builds toned muscles, increases your metabolism, and helps you lose weight through low impact, high intensity work. With the use of isometric holds, tempo changes and varying ranges of motion. Power Barre workouts are amazing for toning your body, improving back and hip health,  improving posture, and body composition, while giving you an overall feeling of wellness, energy and balance.
