Empower Flow (Hot Yoga)

At Solshine we teach Empower Flow, a challenging all levels power yoga class! Grounded in classical philosophy and mindful movement, our classes are designed safely and with principles of exercise science. Taught in a heated room to help cleanse the body and warm the muscles. The pillars of our practice are Core strength, mobility, balance, breath and gaze. Join us and discover your power, unlock your potential. This is an excellent class to compliment HIIT, Running, and Power Lifting.

Journey Into Power

Experience classic Baptiste Power Yoga in a 75-or 90-minute format. Each class is built on the Journey Into Power sequence, a series of postures that flow from one to the next. The room is heated to temperatures in the mid 90s, with added humidity and fresh air. Students of all levels of experience are welcome, and options are given to both modify and intensify poses. This class is taught by Level 2 Certified Baptiste Instructor, Laura Henry. This class is a challenging sequence that teaches the Baptiste method.

BODYPUMP™

Bodypump™ is the original barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. … The key to BODYPUMP™ is THE REP EFFECT™, a breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads. This will help you achieve strength and introduce lean body muscle conditioning.

Les Mills SPRINT™

LES MILLS SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. Weight-bearing exercises like burpees, lunges and tuck jumps, which can be problematic if you suffer foot, knee or lower back pain. The low-impact nature of cycling makes LES MILLS SPRINT a brilliant alternative to programs such as HIIT, or power lifting.

Les Mills CXWORX™

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together.

All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.
