TB SCULPT

45 minutes of nothing but weights. Join us for a no nonsense classic group dumbbell class. Shoes are recommended but not required. This class is great for those who are new to working out; anyone who wants to shed a few pounds or get in shape, and those who need to build strength. Great music and great workouts!

 

Empower Flow (Hot Yoga)

Empower flow is a  system of yoga that brings awareness to the state of our physical body through a a joyful, energetic, practice. Through the time honored discipline of yoga we begin to reveal our true essence. Our classes unite contemporary alignment themes, powerful cohesive sequencing with devotion and gratitiude bringing us closer to inner-wisdom, and balance.These classes are set in heated rooms to enhance the benefits of the practice. This class will focus on form, drishti and breath with modifications and progressions offered for various levels of practice. This is a physically challenging class that will increase stamina, strength, and flexibility.

 

Power Barre: Butts + Guts

Who doesn’t need a little extra attention in this area? This one 45 minute workout will focus on nothing but the lower body. Tighten and tone your glutes, strengthen and lengthen your hamstrings, minimize your thighs and define your abdominal muscles. By incorporating a variety of exercises and equipment, it’s the perfect class for addressing what most women identify as their “problem areas”.

Power Barre AAA

Power Barre AAA is a cardio barre format that combines traditional Lotte Berk barre technique with full range movements and cardio intervals. This transformative format builds toned muscles, increases your metabolism, and helps you lose weight through low impact, high intensity work. With the use of isometric holds, tempo changes and varying ranges of motion Power Barre workouts are amazing for toning your body, improving back and hip health,  improving posture, and body composition, while giving you an overall feeling of wellness, energy and balance.

 

Align and Refine

Foundations
Great for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, this class focuses on the most common postures and transitions presented in a Hatha yoga class. Moving slowly and with intention, we will explore the intricacies of skeletal alignment and the muscular engagement required to maintain a healthy balanced body.
This is an interactive class, questions are encouraged as we use blocks, bolsters and straps to really understand the foundations of the yoga practice.

Sports Stretch

Class for the guys, weekend warriors, golfers, runners, cyclists, and athletes. This class focuses on a gentle warm up, followed by deep stretching, twisting, balance, and core. We integrate movement, strength, and breath to help students access maximum efficiency and performance. You will improve balance, flexibility, strength and focus, while reducing injuries and recovery time. This yoga class is also perfect for anyone with tight hips and shoulders. It is also great for yogis needing deep stretches in common tight areas.

YP Hot Power

How would you like to strengthen your core mus­cles so that you can eas­ily lift up your up kids or carry your gro­ceries? How about keep­ing your body feel­ing young, healthy, and strong? Did you know that back, hip and knee pain are most often caused by poor body mechanics and a lack of core strength?
 
YP Hot Power is a 60 minute Power Yoga and Pilates practice.  Low impact, results driven and accessible to all levels this class will challenge your body and engage your mind.
