Power Sculpt

Power SCULPT is a 45 minute group fitness class that will challenge and change your body. Using various equipment such as TRX, Bosu, Dumbbells, HIIT Training we will work the entire body.  You will burn fat, gain strength and gain lean mass! This class is a studio favorite. It is a no nonsense class that anyone can do.

Empower Flow (Hot Yoga)

All levels EmPower flow 2.0 (90 Degrees) and 1.5 (85 Degrees) and 1.0 (No Heat) are Solshine signature classes based on a power vinyasa format. These classes are set in heated rooms to enhance the benefits of the practice. This class will focus on form, drishti and breath through powerful and balanced sequences. Expect creative sequencing with a classical backdrop as you explore the nuance of vinyasa yoga and it’s many layers. You will feel empowered to explore your highest self on and off the mat as you practice with anatomical alignment, steady breath and focused drishti. This is a physically challenging class that will increase stamina, strength, and flexibility.


Power Barre: Butts + Guts

Who doesn’t need a little extra attention in this area? This one 45 minute workout will focus on nothing but the lower body. Tighten and tone your glutes, strengthen and lengthen your hamstrings, minimize your thighs and define your abdominal muscles. By incorporating a variety of exercises and equipment, it’s the perfect class for addressing what most women identify as their “problem areas”.

Flow + Yin 1.5

Flow and Yin is a lovely yang and yin class that will begin with a fluid flow to energize and open the body, building heat and awareness through the breath. We will finish with yin. Yin works deeply into our body. It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles. Enhance the prana in the body as we bring together all of the bodies energy into this energizing and releasing practice.

Hot Yoga Foundations

Do you want to work on new skills? Are you new to the hot practice? This class is for you!
Hot Power Yoga is a vinyasa class, which connects movement and breath into a flowing sequence of postures designed to promote strength, balance, and flexibility. Hot Power Yoga clarifies and rejuvenates the body and mind through movement, balance and intention. This class will focus on detail, alignment and strength giving you the skills to flow with ease! You don’t need to be an intense yogi or or even touch your toes to take this class. We will meet you where you are and take you on a powerful journey! 

Triba Flow

A total Mind body experience Triba flow is back!  The first cardio yoga fusion class of it’s kind. Part vinyasa, part barre, and part H.I.T.T. this cardio yoga class will leave you feeling worked, refreshed and ready to take on life’s challenges. Engage your mind and body through beat driven movements that explore connection, courage and acceptance. Get funky, get fresh and work hard. This class is perfect for those who love to move, who love the heat and who love yoga!

Power Barre

Power Barre is a cardio barre format that combines traditional Lotte Berk barre technique with full range movements and cardio intervals. This transformative format builds toned muscles, increases your metabolism, and helps you lose weight through low impact, high intensity work. With the use of isometric holds, tempo changes and varying ranges of motion Power Barre workouts are amazing for toning your body, improving back and hip health,  improving posture, and body composition, while giving you an overall feeling of wellness, energy and balance.


Sports Stretch

Class for the guys, weekend warriors, golfers, runners, cyclists, and athletes. This class focuses on a gentle warm up, followed by deep stretching, twisting, balance, and core. We integrate movement, strength, and breath to help students access maximum efficiency and performance. You will improve balance, flexibility, strength and focus, while reducing injuries and recovery time. This yoga class is also perfect for anyone with tight hips and shoulders. It is also great for yogis needing deep stretches in common tight areas.
