Empower Flow (Hot Yoga)

At Solshine we teach Empower Flow, a challenging, sequence of poses that wakes up your body, increases your heart rate and makes you sweat! Grounded in classical philosophy and mindful movement, our classes are designed safely and with principles of science that will challenge you to find your edge with focus, stamina and authenticity.  Taught in a heated room to help cleanse the body and warm the muscles. The pillars of our practice are strength, mobility, balance, breath and gaze. Join us and discover your power, unlock your potential.



Journey Into Power

Experience classic Baptiste Power Yoga in a 75-or 90-minute format. Each class is built on the Journey Into Power sequence, a series of postures that flow from one to the next. The room is heated to temperatures in the mid 90s, with added humidity and fresh air. Students of all levels of experience are welcome, and options are given to both modify and intensify poses. This class is taught by Level 2 Certified Baptiste Instructor, Laura Henry.

Yoga Sculpt

Join the movement. the ultimate mind body experience!

Yoga Sculpt is designed to deliver a total body workout while grounding you in everyday life. Set to energizing music, this class adds free weights and classical pilates principles to our Empower Flow V1 sequence creating a total body workout that will tone your body, and push your mental focus. 

Mindful Movement

Learn to use the healing art of yoga to lessen tension, dull aches, pains and discomfort and feel better in your daily living. Mindful Movement is focused on breath while holding poses for a longer periods. This practice is great for beginner, for anxiety, for restoration and for back pain.
